Kristin A. Salada, Principal, is a management development consultant, team coach, and corporate facilitator. She is an expert at transitioning management groups into top performing teams. Kristin is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B and Best Year Yet®, and she maximizes the relevancy of these tools by incorporating engaging experiential learning techniques resulting in higher work performance and increased self-awareness and team esteem.

Kristin has a B.S. from Northwestern University and a M.S.M. in Organizational Communication & Training from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver where she has taught as adjunct faculty. She also serves as a consultant and instructor for Outward Bound Professional and is certified in low and high ropes courses. Kristin speaks Spanish, sings with The Spectrum Singers, and serves on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Boston Camping Services Branch.

Kate Ripp offers business and personal coaching to corporate executives, entrepreneurs and professionals. Kate is a high-energy coach with twenty years of corporate management experience. Mark Stailey, Director of Business Development at The UNH Browne Center for Innovative Learning, specializes in performance improvement, experiential learning, and team development. He holds a bachelor of arts in psychology with a focus in social behavior and group process from the University of Iowa. Mark's professional training experience is extensive in facilitation, team development and community building programs. He excells at working with clients on projects that involve transforming high potential into high performance.
